Every project is scoped and priced before work starts.
Every project is quoted on its own. You see the scope and a fixed price in writing, and you approve both before anyone builds.
The price depends on the size of the work.
The price follows the size of the job. For a website that is how many pages you need, how many of your services need a page of their own, and how much of the design and writing is done from scratch rather than adapted. For software and automation it is how many steps the work has, how many systems have to agree with each other, and how much of it has to keep running without you.
A single-location business that needs to be found is a different job from a company with five services and three locations, and the quote says so. All of it is in one written number.
You approve the scope and price before work starts.
The first conversation is about your business rather than technology: what's slow, what's manual, what customers can't find, and what you keep fixing yourself.
Then you get the scope, the deliverables and a fixed price in writing. You approve it before anyone starts building, so you decide with the number in front of you. If the scope changes later, we price the change before building it: additional pages are quoted with the build, larger changes are quoted separately, and the original scope keeps the price you approved.
Anything that waits on somebody else starts on day one. We claim your Google Business Profile in your business name, with your categories, hours and phone number, and get your domain and accounts in order. Google reviews new profiles on its own schedule, so we start that on day one.
Care after launch is optional and month to month.
There is no minimum term and no exit fee. Care covers the things that break quietly after launch: the site going down, the domain or certificate lapsing, a form that stops delivering, and the small changes a business needs as hours and services change. Larger changes are quoted separately.
What care includes, item by item, is on the websites page.
Your accounts and your code stay in your name.
Your domain name, Google Business Profile, business email and the other accounts your site depends on are registered to your business, not to us. We take manager access where the work requires it, and you can remove it whenever you want.
When the project is paid in full, the code written for it is yours.
Start with the problem you want fixed.
You don't need to know whether the answer is a website, a piece of software or an automation. Describe the problem and you'll get a scope and a number.
That might be the report someone rebuilds by hand every week, an inquiry that was submitted and never arrived, or numbers that live in three different systems.
