We build software for the work your current tools don't handle well.

We build dashboards, staff tools, customer portals, checkout and subscriptions, and mobile apps around work that has outgrown spreadsheets or off-the-shelf software.

OmniMarket Cards, built and run here

You may have outgrown your setup if any of these sound familiar.

  • A spreadsheet quietly became the system the business runs on, and nobody wants to be the one who breaks it.
  • The same customer details get typed into two or three places, and the versions disagree.
  • How the work gets done lives in someone's head rather than written down, so when they are away nobody else can pick it up.
  • The software you pay for almost fits, and everyone has agreed to live with the workaround.
  • Customers call to ask for information they could look up themselves.

This is what we build instead.

  • Numbers that land on one dashboard on a schedule, so everyone sees the same version.
  • A tool made for the job instead of the shared spreadsheet, with a separate sign-in for each person on your team.
  • What a person can see and change follows their role, so a new hire gets the right access on their first day.
  • Customers who sign in and see their own history, invoices and documents.
  • Plans customers can start, change or cancel themselves, with one-time purchases and refunds in the same place.
  • iPhone and Android apps for the people doing the work away from a desk.
  • Your CRM, QuickBooks, calendar and email connected, so a lead or an invoice is typed once.
  • Scheduling, inventory and field work tracked in one place, on a phone when that is where the work happens.
  • Follow-ups by text and email after a quote, a job or a missed call, written once and sent on time.
  • An assistant for your customers or your team that answers from your own records and hands the rest to a person.
  • Anything that spends money, sends a message, or deletes a record waits for a person to approve it.

We build and run our own software too.

OmniMarket Cards is live and taking members. Because we run it ourselves, we deal with production problems directly, and you can open it now.

The OmniMarket opportunity feed: collectible cards ranked by estimated profit, each row showing raw, PSA 9 and PSA 10 prices alongside estimated profit and return.

OmniMarket Cards

Live

Collectible card listings and graded sales compared in one place, with marketplace fees included before the numbers are shown.

A buyer looking at a raw card wants one thing that is hard to get: what it is likely to be worth after grading, minus what grading and selling will cost. That answer sits in three different places, and by the time you have put it together the listing is gone.

OmniMarket assembles it continuously. Live listings on one side, historical graded sales on the other, fees and selling costs subtracted, ranked by what is left.

Every figure carries the comps it came from, so a buyer can see the reasoning rather than take a number on faith.

We set up the cloud and IT underneath it.

Software only works if the accounts and services underneath it do. We set up and look after that part too: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, business email, shared files, backups, and the accounts and access your team needs on the day someone joins or leaves. We build the software and we run the cloud it lives on, so there is no second vendor to point at when something breaks.

Everything is registered to your business, and you can remove our access whenever you want.

This is how a project starts.

Describe the process in your own words: who does it now, how long it takes, and what stops when they're away.

You get a scope and a price in writing before work starts. The number you approve is the number you pay, and anything added later is quoted before it gets built.

When the idea is new, we can build a working version first, priced on its own. Put it in front of the people who will use it, then decide on the full build.

After full payment, the code is yours. Keep building on it, or hand it to another developer.

Questions we get asked.

What does custom software cost?

Every project is quoted on its own, and you get the scope and a fixed price in writing before work starts. What changes the number is how many steps the work has, how many systems have to agree with each other, and how much of it has to keep running without you. The number you approve is the number you pay, and anything added later is quoted before it gets built.

How do we work out what to build?

You describe the process in your own words: who does it now, how long it takes, and what stops when they are away. Thirty minutes on a call is usually enough for us to say what we would build first. When the idea is new we can build a working version first, priced on its own, so you can put it in front of the people who will use it before deciding on the full build.

Do I own the code?

Yes. After full payment the code written for your project is yours. Keep building on it, or hand it to another developer. The cloud accounts it runs on are registered to your business, and you can remove our access whenever you want.

Can it work with the tools we already use?

Usually, yes. Your CRM, QuickBooks, calendar and email can be connected so a lead or an invoice is typed once. Tell us what you use on the first call and we will say what connects directly, what needs a connector, and what does not connect at all.

Who looks after it once it is running?

We can. We run our own software in production, so scheduled jobs are watched, failures reach a person, and anything that spends money, sends a message or deletes a record waits for someone to approve it. If you would rather run it yourself, the code and the accounts are yours to take.

Start with how the work happens today.

You don't need to know what to build or what it's called. Tell us how the work happens now, and a 30-minute call is usually enough for us to say what we'd build first.
