Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

1. Who we are

Camino Systems LLC, Tampa, Florida, United States. For any privacy question or request, contact rmontufar@caminosystems.co.

2. What we collect

  • Information you give us. Name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, and anything else you send when you contact us or engage us for work.
  • Payment information. Processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. We can see the last four digits, card brand, and transaction status.
  • Client project material. Content, credentials, and business information supplied so we can perform the work.
  • Basic site analytics. Aggregate page views and traffic sources. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

3. Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and support the services you engage us for, take payment, meet legal and tax obligations, and keep our own systems secure. We do not use your information for anything else.

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers necessary to run the business, and only what each needs:

  • Stripe: payment processing.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers: to run websites and applications.
  • Email and scheduling providers: to correspond and book meetings.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information where required by law.

5. Client credentials

Where a client grants us access to their accounts to perform work, credentials are stored in a dedicated password manager, never in email, spreadsheets, source code, or an intake form. On the end of an engagement we return every credential we hold and delete our copies.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept up to 12 months. Client records are kept for the engagement and afterwards as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Credentials are deleted at the end of the engagement.

7. Security

This site is served over encrypted HTTPS. Payment pages are hosted and secured by Stripe. We apply security updates to systems we operate and limit access to client data to those who need it for the work.

8. Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email rmontufar@caminosystems.co and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we run is aggregate and does not identify you individually.

10. Children

Our services are sold to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify active clients.
